Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping.
  • For all other approved returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Authorization Requirement

  • All returns must be approved by us before being sent back.
  • Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.

For Eligible Returns

  • Items must be returned and received by us before any refund is issued.
  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged item or we sent the wrong product, size, or color, please contact us within 90 days of delivery.

  • We will replace the item at no cost to you.
  • We will cover return shipping if a return is required.
  • In some cases, we may not require the item to be returned.

Exchanges โ€” Size, Color, or Ordering Mistakes

Please double-check sizing, color, and product details before ordering. All items are made-to-order, and exchanges due to customer selection errors require return shipping.

If you ordered the wrong size, color, or item:

We offer exchanges only for customer ordering mistakes.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
The replacement item will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Buyerโ€™s remorse or change of mind
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
